Two Confirmed Dead In Tuscaloosa Shooting, Suspect Identified And Arrested

The Tuscaloosa Shooting has reportedly led to the death of two, as Capt. Marty Sellers with the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit confirmed that the second person wounded in a shooting Saturday evening died this morning.

Tuscaloosa Police responded to the 3000 block of 20th Street Saturday at 6:16pm in reference to a 911 call being made about two people being shot. Police found two men shot inside a house.
On getting to the shooting scene both men were critical and were transported to the hospital.

They identified the suspect as Devin Martez Quinzy, a 30 year old Moundville resident. He’s currently being held in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on murder and attempted murder charges.
