Benjie Tobalado Death, Habal-habal Driver Found Dead In Cebu City

A man known as a habal-habal driver was shot dead on Macopa St. in Barangay Basak Pardo, Cebu City on Tuesday afternoon.

 Benjie Tobalado is identified as the 28 years old victim that was found dead after suffering from gun shot wound on Tuesday afternoon.

investigation has started on the case and no suspect is arrested in his murder yet. May his soul rest in poeace.
