Lush is the luxury dining restaurant at Renaissance, Bangalore which recently introduces the most extensive veg Buffet in the city. Located on Race Course Road, the Renaissance is the new home for grandeur. The interior inside Lush are modern with the walls adoring some of the finest clicks from the Race Course. The seating is on comfortable sofa chairs and the ambiance is just amazing.

The Veg Buffet at Lush is divided into two parts – one outdoor with live counters and the other indoor with the huge continental spread. The spread is so huge that it may take up to 3-4 seating to try all the items here. The buffet even has an exclusive cocktail/mocktail Counter. We tried the cocktails from the counter and they were simply fantastic!

The outdoor counters included that of kebab, chaats, pasta, dumplings, live grill and many many more! We tried the Paneer Tikka which was infused with beetroot in the middle, the taste was outstanding. The Samosa chaat and the chola bhature was out of the world. Don’t forget to try the Dumplings counter, were we had the Sui Mui which was just amazing. There was even Khousuey where you can pick and choose the condiments of your choice. You can even get your favorites grilled with sauce of your choice.

Well, we just touched the tip from the live counters but there were many more things to try! Lush has a separate counter for Mediterranean dishes like Pita bread with a wide variety of dips and salads. The continental salad takes up the most space on the spread. The main course comprises of not only continental food but also a wide variety of South and North Indian dishes. We tried the Gobi Mussalum which was great. Even the Soya Makhani and Veg Biryani was too good. You can choose from a variety of breads and cheese.

Now going to the most important part of any buffet i.e. desserts. The desserts counter at Lush is bigger than the entire buffet spread for some of the outlets across the city. You get numerous cakes, bakes and Indian desserts. Don’t forget to try their Apple pie which is outstanding. Even the Gulab Jamun here is so good that you cannot resist yourself with just one.

Overall the Veg Buffet at Lush is one of its kind. Each of the items on the spread is outstanding if not anything else! Do visit Lush and feel in love with food again. The spread is curated by Chef Sandeep and team, who have done an excellent job.
