Let it Flow…!

The bar here is a major attraction as it spins out some amazing Combination. We tried couple of cocktails here like the Scottish Mule, Kulukki, Flow-erful, Ging-Fling and Tiki Puka Puka. Each of the drink had a story to tell and the flavors we so different than one another. My personal favorite was the Flow-erful, as it was created with a combination of coconut and pineapple. Ging-fling was another favorite as this concoction of lime, orgeat syrup and ginger ale will surely surprise your taste buds. At Flow you can find a great selection of mocktails as well. We had the Flow Colada and the Fruitloose which were creamy and fruity to the extreme!

When it comes to appetizers, the Flow Local Bar Snack Platter is a must! This is a combination of some of the best local condiments be it Onion Pakoda or Kodbale; Masala Papad or Nippat. Other items on this platter include Potato Wafers, Spicy peanuts, Garden green salad, Tomato Salsa, Mint Chutney. This is the perfect snack with drinks, which will last for hours (depending on your hunger).  The Badami Aloo Tikki with peanut sauce is a spicy delight with a light crunch from almond flakes. We even tried their Tom Yum Salad and Greek Salad, which were fresh and flavorful.

Next, we tried their Stuffed Paneer Tikka with Kothamari cream. This is a typical tandoori dish but found the marinate to be very mild. The Water chestnut and Spinach Dumplings with the green sauce was out of the world. We even had the Tandoori Paneer Pizza from the wood fired oven. This thin crust pizza had grilled paneer, bell peppers and jalapenos. We couldn’t resist ourselves and the pizza was done in no time. The Thai Yellow Vegetable Curry with Basil fried rice are served next. The curry was delicious and the rice was appetizing. The Crispy Noodles with Hunan Sauce was another amazing dish. Sweet, sour, spicy at the same time!

Flow has a bunch of desserts as well and we had the Lychee stuffed Rasgulla with Rabri. This was an enticing dessert with the combination of Lychee and Rabri. The rabri was very well done!
