Hard Rock Café is back with the ‘Nachos Gone Wild’ festival running till 30th April. The festival brings the flavors from across the world, be it Middle-Eastern, Oriental or Italian the new menu has something special for everyone. This festival is for all Nachos Lover’s and beyond since interesting twists are part of this. Hard Rock Café is known for its music memorabilia all around the world and this outlet is no different as it houses some really amazing collections. All you need is sit back and enjoy rock music and Nachos!
Each of the dishes can be paired with interesting cocktails to get the best taste. We tried couple of them to begin with like the Bulldog Margarita, Cranberry and Lychee Margarita, Watermelon Margarita, Mixed Berry Margarita and the Sangria Rosa. Each of the drink were made out of Tequila. The Bulldog Margarita was a frozen margarita along with beer on top. The rest of the drinks were made from fruit combination and we absolutely loved the Cranberry and Lychee Margarita. It was made with Lychee and Cranberry juice along with lime.
The festival has a wide variety of dishes like the ‘Hot and Wild Desi Nachos Chaat’ which is made with a ghost pepper spice mix. This dish replicates the famous street food culture around our country and tastes just like any other chaat dish. These tortillas are topped with Kabuli Channa, Pudina, Dhaniya and sweet khajoor chutney and a decent amount of sev.
The Pizza Nachos came next and I absolutely loved its flavors. It was like having an Italian Pizza on Nachos. The Corn tortillas are topped with creamy cheese sauce, marinara sauce, few veggies, Olives, Cheddar and Parmesan cheese, while oregano and chili flakes are added for extra flavoring. This dish was simple incredible and is best tried when hot. The Tex Mex Nachos was another hit. The tortillas are topped with Chipotle smoked veggies along with cheese sauce, beans, tangy salsa, sour cream with jalapeno and green onions. This is a true Mexican dish.
Well, the world of Nachos is not without any desserts. To make things even more interesting we had the Apple and Walnut Pie Nacho Crumble. Sweet Nachos are topped with caramel sauce, apple and walnut crumble with crunchy cinnamon sugar sprinkled with vanilla ice-cream. The dessert was so good that we ordered another round.
