With the lead up to opting out of Serps ending we have become overwhelmingly busy.  As a company we have trebled in size and still need more.

There are 3 issues that we are looking to deal with.

1.  Clients own individual Serps pension.
2.  Getting the regulators to realise that there is a bigger issue than first thought.
3.  Dealing with the many cases that win awards not just because of the Serps issue but other misselling points that come out during the process.

We win a large percentage of cases on fund choice alone, but unless a case is looked into, its never found out.
