The worldwide trend is to digitise and move online. TCX moves us into the e-commerce environment.

Marketing strategy?

Initially, Marketing will be through word-of-mouth campaigns. We’re also expecting some website pull via campaigns. The first B2B introduction will be via Standard Bank to their UCount rewards customer base. We’re also looking at TCX as the last mile component of a packaged one-stop e-commerce solution for small- and medium- sized retailers, including shop front designs, payment gateways and integrated last mile deliveries. Another leg to our marketing plan is to collaborate with backend service providers by piggy backing on their own marketing initiatives.

Which provinces are the shakers and movers in getting clients registered on and using TCX?

These placings are correct up to 23 July but a lot can happen in the run-up to month-end July.

A late run from Western Cape and KZN can upset Gauteng’s applecart. And who knows what the Eastern Cape has up their sleeves!
