Women can never call the guy they're crushing on 'bro' or 'buddy'. They don't see their crushes as one of the guys. So, you'll be able to be sure that they wouldn't address you the same way they address their other friends. However, if your crush will call you a 'bro' then she does see you as one of the boys of the gang.
2. He never flirts
Even if you two are simply friends, if a guy has a crush on you, he will flirt with you, even if he passes it off as a joke later. He will pay a bit more attention to you and will, at some point, offer you clues concerning his attraction.
If this is something that has never happened between the two of you, take into account it a possibility that he only sees you as a friend.
3. He talks to you concerning other girls? Let's be honest, if he's curious about you, he can never discuss other girls with you. Even if it's in passing, he wouldn't want you to assume he's interested in someone else. But, if he does discuss other girls with you, perhaps he's just not that into you.
4. There is no difference in his behaviour
Notice what he does with his other friends and the way he behaves around you. If there's completely no difference in his behaviour, it's obvious that he sees you only as a friend.
Otherwise, there'll be a couple of differences in his perspective towards you and others; it should be delicate, but it'll definitely be there!
5. He sets you up with other people
Now this is one among the more obvious signs. Bottom line is, a guy or person who likes you'll never wish to imagine you with somebody else; Let alone set you up with someone else.
So, it's better you deal with some minor heartbreak now than have your hopes squashed later!
