How to burn calories ultimately?


Getting fat? Slow in doing works? Then read my ultra tips for getting slim+stronger.i will tell you some tips and exercises which you should do on a daily basis to get slim rapidly. 1) Morning workout-

in morning around 5 am(or 6 am if you want) get up,clean your face,drink 1 glass of cold water,tie your shoes and start running on the road for 30-60 minutes.Try keep running at a slow pace to burn your calories.But while returning home do sprinting(run at full speed for 1 min then walk for 2 min then again continue the process).

2) Do breakfast-

after doing running you are tired and starving.Right? So now drink 1 glass of cold water and eat breakfast.Dont jump on cereals.Try eating fruits,eggs or something which will keep your metabolism running.

3> Dont sit-

if you want to loose calories ultimately then dont sit and try to walk specially when you are talking on a phone,and when you are reading a book or newspaper.When you get very very much tired then only sit but not more than 30 min or it will slow your metabolism.

4) Keep doing something-

dont remain still like a statue.Try doing something like moving your legs or fingers or play with your hair(help you for hair growth).If you are a facebook user then you are defintely burning calorie each and every second because you are moving your finger all the time.

5) Afternoon workout-

there is nothing much to do on noon except drinking lot of cold water to keep your metabolism running and it can even make your skin fair.Try eating foods which are hard to digest for your body.

6) Evening workout-

do crunches,squats,push-ups,chest press,stretching,pull-ups,skipping.Do these strenght training exercises every evening except sunday when you body will take rest.And dont worry,doing these exercises wont make you bulky.so dont skip these exercises.

7) Night workout-

actually there is no workout at night.Just drink 2 glass of water and get enough sleep around 7-8 hours.(So these were my ultra tips to trim you fat and make you slim.dont slip any of these exercises if you want to be slim and stronger.Just take rest on sunday to let your body replace the broken cells with more stronger and powerfull cells.)
