Energy Breakfast

High Energy Breakfast to start your day. Energy Bread with oats, grains topped with home made guacamole made with Hass Avocado.

Recipe Guacamole:
1 Large Avocado Hass
1 Small Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1 Medium Tomato
Olive Oil - 2Tbsp
Salt, Pepper
1 Chilli  (Green or Red)
Cilantro
1 medium Lemon

Method: Chop the onion, garlic, tomato and chilli. Cut the avocado in half and scoop the inside completely. place all in a mixing bowl. Add pinch of salt, pepper. Squeeze the lemon juice. add the olive oil. Using a potato masher, mash everything by hand inside the bowl to a rough smooth consistency. Once you are happy with the look, put it in fridge for an hour.

Spread it on anything and enjoy the healthiest and tastiest dip ever.
