The best way to have a Healthy food lifestyle is to follow the rule of thirds. Keep your portions medium or small but incorporate all 3 in a place. High Protein, Carbohydrates and Fiber. Usually when you eat Protein and Carbs should be in small portions. If you feel the need to eat more, increase your veggies and fruit intake on the plate. This allows you to cut on unnecesary calories yet give the right nutrition to your body. Try and incorporate at least 3 main meals and 2 mini meals during the day in the right proportions.
