Coconut Water, Chia Seeds, banana, soy milk and blueberry Smoothie. 

Recipe:

1 Tbsp Chia seeds,

1 cup blueberry, 

1 peeled Banana, 

1 cup soy milk, 

1 cup coconut water. 

1 tbsp honey. 


Add all in a blender. Blend and pour and enjoy.
