To all those who thought I fell off the Face of the earth, this is a brief post to tell you I didn’t. My second grandchild was born February 21, a beautiful little boy, and I’ve been doing the grandma thing, along with all the other stuff I do this time of year, which includes gardening and a whole lot of this and that, because soon it will be scorching here in AZ, and there won’t be much time or energy to do much of anything at all. I’ve also lost 10 lbs in recent months, exercise much more regularly and keep myself busier than I thought possible. They say it keeps you young. All I know is I’m worn out by the end of each day, and fully prepared to face each new one, because I sleep so well and feel healthier than I have in years.
Since my time catching up with you is limited, because my granddaughter only naps for so long, I’ll close this post by wishing you well. I finished reading a few books this past week or so, and I’d like to get them reviewed before she wakes up. Luckily, I have tomorrow to work on them too, since it promises to rain and she will be busy with other family members.
