Superdrug Haul

On my way home from work, I decided to pop into Superdrug as I'd run out of my regular face wash that helps me deal with the spotty mess I call my face. My skin has been playing up for probably over a year now and it's driving me insane!

I grabbed my usual Tea Tree Facial Wash and whilst browsing I also came across these Tea Tree Purifying Peel Off Masks. And for 99p a sachet I had to try them out.

As well as the masks and Facial Wash, I thought it would be rude if I didn't at least take a sneaky peak at the makeup aisle! Whilst I was looking at what was on offer, I remembered seeing something on either Twitter or Instagram about MUA's new Brow Define, which is a tinted brow gel for your eyebrows so I wanted to hunt it down to check it out.

Tea Tree Facial Wash. This is just a simple face wash which I use to try and combat my acne prone skin. I love how it tingles when applied and it makes my face feel clean whilst also helping to keep oil at bay. I use this in the shower and in the morning when I need my makeup to last all day.

Tea Tree Purifying Peel Off Mask. This is a gloopy, semi transparent green liquid. It claims to "Lift away dirt, impurities and excess oil for a clearer-looking complexion". It's not a miracle worker, however I definitely think it helps with oil control. I love the fact that I get to peel it off my face - gross I know!

I only use it directly on my spots, not on all of my face. This means I only require a small amount of the product. You get 10ml in each pack, so once I've opened one packet I just decant the rest of the mask into a travel sized pot to keep it fresh so I can get several uses out of just one pack.

MUA's Brow Define. Due to the fact that I'm blonde and have fairly light brown eyebrows, I struggle to find any pencils or powders on the highstreet that are an ideal match, they are either too dark or too orange!

So I thought for £2 I might as well give this brow mascara a go. And in my opinion when applied with a light hand, I don't think it looks too bad in comparison to my hair or what they look like without it applied.
