Each woman has a girl tribe. Each Women has inspiring women in their life. Confident, independent, strong, caring women!

Instead of jealousy we need to raise up together and take on the world. Women hold up half the sky and we need to Encourage our girlfriends to do exactly that.

My girlfriends are some of the best people I know. They are inspiring, great mothers, real women, independent taking on the wide world. Each of them have taught me something in life or made me realize something in myself I didn’t know I knew.

Instead of wanting what your friends have, jealous of the life they have or envious of something in their life, I encourage you to rise up and embrace yourself and encourage your girlfriends to be the best they can be. Together we can take on the world.

So with that here are my top tips to rise up!

1- Motivate– Motivate each other and yourself. Find what lights your fire and light it!

2- Encourage– encourage yourself and friends to have faith, be positive and encourage.

3- Believe– believe in yourself and believe in others. Belief goes a long way and is very powerful.

4- Empower– empower everyone around you. Empower yourself and your friends.

5- Inspire– inspire in your own life and in others.

Most of all have faith. If you are in a tunnel and the lights are out, go down and light the bloody light yourself.
