Before the Baby is here
Whenever it gets closer to your due date, things can get really wild. It may be hard to get comfortable and fall asleep, but get plenty of rest. You can lie around on the couch and watch movies, read books, or look at magazines. You could go out to a nice restaurant or to a movie; there will not be much resting after the baby is here.
Since going to the grocery store is not really an option after your baby is here, make different types of food and freeze it. Also, be sure that you have everything that your baby will need whenever they come home for the first time.
Below I have made a list of everything that your baby will need:

Before your baby is born, you need to be sure that you have chosen a pediatrician. You should have the pediatrician chosen by your 32ndweek, and make sure you call and make an appointment.

You also need to pack a bag for yourself to take to the hospital, and this should be done at least before your 8th month is over. You could go into labor anytime when your 9th month has started, so be prepared!

Below I have made a list of everything you will need at the hospital:

Make sure that you bring anything that will help you relax.

After the Baby is here
After you have your baby, be sure to take care of your body. Make an appointment with your Doctor about 4 to 5 weeks after you had your baby. Within two weeks, you can usually go back to exercising. A good way to start out would be by walking, and then increase the activity slowly. If you had your baby by C-Section, your doctor should tell you when you can start exercising again.
You should take a wash your hair and take showers like usual, unless a doctor told you otherwise. Whenever you go home, you may experience Pain and discomfort. You can use pain relievers from over the counter to relieve any pain, but if you are breast feeding, then be sure to check with a doctor first.
Nutrition is very important, make sure you are drinking at least 6 to 8 glasses of juice, milk, or water every single day. If you choose to go on birth control pills again, make sure you and your partner are comfortable with the decision. Before you start having sex again, make sure you see if it is okay with your doctor.
After the delivery, you need to pay attention to your emotions and moods. Some women will feel sad or cry after they have their baby. This can be caused from hormonal changes, and is completely normal. But if it last more than 7 days, you should call your doctor.
You should also call the doctor if you have vaginal discharge with a really bad odor; if you have bleeding that is soaking more than 2 pads per hour, or a temperature of over 100 degrees for over 4 hours. Also, if you have pain or swelling from your incision in your abdomen or from the episiotomy.
