Okay I don't even care anymore I've been holding this in for way too long.

Do you ever feel that you don't exactly get the full credit for something that you "try hard" for and put LOADS of effort for?


WELL I HAVE.
multiple multiple multiple times.

I'm so done you know.

Example A:
You tell someone that something is NOT going to work, that someone chooses to do it. (Because if you never try you never know right hahah)
And it doesn't work.

I TOLD YOU SO.
YOU WASTE ALL OF OUR TIME AND YOU DO THIS KIND OF THING.

Okay that's not all.

Example B:

Being a person with a certain amount of power, you have the right to give suggestions and stuff (sure). But if you just choose to decide something big and you don't know much about anything then why are we giving you such power? (It's actually really stupid, if you think about it.)



But of course. We're not going to tell you that you have no experience/ don't have the basics down and hence you have no right to make such a big decision. (Since people "higher up" have already given you their seal of approval. We can't exactly do anything because that would be disrupting the peace.)

And also because the situation is urgent so we figured that making dramatic decisions like you possibly did would not be good for anyone so well just go with the flow.


Maybe the better logic would have been to let the initiator continue initiating. Or maybe the one with the most experience.


Example C:

A person who knows NOTHING about what the ground situation is like comes in and FORCES people to do things that are obviously not going to happen.

And the tone used was terrible. Just terrible.


Why don't you all try to think about things logically for just one second?



Forget it. Experience and effort isn't appreciated, you can have your group of authoritative people in shambles.




And this is why nobody cares anymore. Because even if you try hard it all rots to nothing.
