How useful are you?

How useful is someone who failed in the only job that he/she had in all aspects?

To me, you only had one job, and I'm going to tell you why you can't even do that one job, much more your extra roles.

So here are a few reasons why you've failed in your role so far.

1. You cannot Identify Mistakes correctly even though they're staring you in the face.

If you cannot identify mistakes when they obviously exist, you're settling for a lower standard than everyone else, and when everyone comes together in the end and the mistakes are still there it just slows everybody down.

And then when someone helps you with your group of people and tells you that you need to correct it because you're not doing anything about it, you go on to claim that the person is wrong.

2. You can't get your priorities right.
Instead of leading your own group, you constantly go to other groups and try to help them even though you're in charge of them.

Well of course, that would be totally fine if your group was already settled with someone else taking them.

But the problem is you didn't even bother checking whether they were settled and disappeared and the next time we see you, you're taking a group whose part doesn't even matter because he can't even Sing.

Which means that even though you might have taught him something, since he isn't going to sing later, why would you go and Teach him?

Priorities.

3. You can't even teach effectively.

You can't play the piano, and you teach the wrong things for the previous songs. And I have to correct them.

4. When you have to give comments on how we sing, they're often very very superficial, which means that any one of us could give better comments than you. (Even though you're supposed to have gone a level higher)

But obviously since you aren't even able to do the above 3 things, you can't give any accurate musical direction.

I don't understand why I have to pick up the slack after you leave early and I have to deal with every single thing while you prance around doing your own thing.

Pretty effective isn't it.

Friday the 13th.
Seems like a good day to stir up drama.

See you later then.
