To make the SP2P, follow 8 steps:

◽Step 1: Insert the tip of the right needle into next stitch on the left needle, from left to right.
◽Step 2: Slip the stitch onto the right needle.
◽Step 3: Repeat the same step with the second stitch.
◽Step 4: Repeat the same step with the third stitch.
◽Step 5: Put the tip of the left needle into the three slipped stitches on the right needles from left to and and keeping the left needle in front.
◽Step 6: Wrap the working yarn counter clockwise around the right needle.
◽Step 7: Draw this new stitch through all three of the stitches.
◽Step 8: Drop these stitches off the left needle.
This creates a left-slanting double decrease, decreasing from three stitches to one stitch.

◽Step 4: Repeat the same step with the third stitch.
◽Step 5: Put the tip of the left needle into the three slipped stitches on the right needles from left to right.
◽Step 6: Slip these stitches onto the left needle.
◽Step 7: Insert the tip of the right needle into the three slipped stitches on the left needle from back to front.
◽Step 8: Wrap the working yarn counter clockwise around the right needle. 
◽Step 9: Draw a new stitch through three stitches.
◽Step 10: Drop these stitches off the left needle.
With working yarn in front,
Insert the tip of the right needle into next stitch on the left needle, from left to right.
Slip the stitch onto the right needle.

Slip these stitches onto the left needle.
Wrap the working yarn counterclockwise around the inserted needle. Pull a new stitch through both stitches. Drop both stitches off the left needle.
Wrap the working yarn counter clockwise around the right needle.
Draw a new stitch through three stitches.
Drop these stitches off the right needle. Done!
