I will never forget how messy the early years were. I had no idea…

• the number of diapers I would change…3 kids…3.5 years each in diapers…pullups at night for a bit…
• the mouths I would wipe…
• the clothing I would scrub, pre-treat, bleach, soak, and launder…only to find that the stains were permanent…
• the laundry I would do…
• the piles of laundry I would step over, never get around to folding, and finally root through to find an outfit to wear…
• the messes I would clean up…
• the beds I would strip of wet sheets…
• the decayed food I would chip out of the 2 cars and 2 minivans…
• the missing sippy cups and bottles I would find stowed under seats with curdled milk and mystery liquids…
• the food I would find behind couches or in the bottom of the diaper bag or between couch cushions…always crumbly or wet or sticky…
