last Weekend we traveled to Boston to spend the weekend with my sister and brother [and a bunch of other people that i love so much] col told me a couple of weeks ago that he would be headed up there and i was thinking well!! i want to go! i don't want to miss out! and i am so glad we did! as soon as we landed we were greeted by the pilot saying welcome to boston! the local temp is s-e-v-e-n. and we were like whaaat? but we were prepared. hats, scarves, warm socks, newly purchased gloves, check! so it was cold, yes. but it was so wonderful exploring the city with my best friends that double as my siblings. and when we woke up on saturday morning, snow!! they had called for Snow but we weren't really believing it until we saw it and i was so surprised to see the ground covered in white when we woke up. it was soo beautiful! we were a little bit late to brunch with everyone because we were taking it all in [and seeing if stone could make his snowball land in the trash, hi we are five] that evening before some really goood italiano eating we stopped at my cousins house in boston which was so much fun. five healy cousins and their boyfriends/girlfriends/husband! and then the next morning came a little bit to fast and with it took the snow! the temperatures were rising and the snow melted so fast! boo! but i am so glad we got to enjoy it for a good twenty-four hours :) and then we were tired!! and so we headed to manomet for the day and night for clam strips and a wintery quiet beach. more on that later.
