KBL Soured with Batwan. For those unfamiliar with Pinoy food, Ilonggo Food in particular KBL is the acronym Kadyos, Baboy at Langka. The authentic KBL is soured with Batwan fruit which is very common souring fruit in Ilongo Cuisine.
