Hi Guys and Girls

Well I shall just get to the point...

Over the last couple of years a lot of things have generally irritated me in South Africa, our beloved home land, Rainbow nation. I put nation in small letters because this is how I still see our people

I have had numerous encounters with people that have accused me of being racist or disrespectful

Needless to say as a Funky Mom I have not even bothered with kids or grownups that accuse me of this, because I know that I have never disrespected or discriminated against any person in South Africa , but unfortunately it has been very prominent that the people always accusing people of racism and disrespect actually did something wrong which they now try to shy away from.

Guys you know I believe that we are all human, the last time I checked, and people make mistakes even more so teenagers.

And I want to call on all South Africans to come to terms with the fact that we have different cultures, and that we have different religions and myself as a person do not know all the traditions of all the cultures In South Africa.

Yes we have no excuse not to find out what they are, but lets be honest we do not maybe want too? or we feel that's not our concern? or we feel that we to busy. What ever your excuse is I feel for you...

I'm so sick and tired of people coming up to me that maybe got drunk and made a lot of noise in the complex where we stay and then when you call them on the fact that they are wrong and committed an offence they Call RACISM!!!!! or DISRESPECT

Grow up fellow South Africans, you make a mistake you say you sorry, not yell racism and disrespect.

What is wrong with the people in our world that they can not realise that the era or Apartheid is long gone. Gosh Guys when are you going to start living in today, eating in today and basking in the glory of having yet another day to make a difference in this world.

You steel a bicycle they catch you now you yell its because I'm purple that you treat me that way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wake up and smell the coffee my friend, its not because you are purple its because you stole the stupid bicycle

Take responsibility people and youth of South Africa, if you made a mistake say I'm sorry and deal with the consequences of what you did .Stop blaming people of racism and disrespect because you are wrong in the situation and know it. AND KNOW IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
