I am Mr. Lawrence Pentler, I got your email contact through an insider from the American Compensation Committee office, who informed me that you are one of the beneficiaries of the compensation fund released to selected few by the present government of this country but you declined from claiming the funds due to some required clearance papers.
Sir, I applied to have the money on your behalf and ready to pay for the required clearance papers but Mr. Eric Jordan, the current disbursement boss refused and demanded that you give me a permission letter as a proof of a legitimate representative of yours.
