ANDROID - Sound files are not being played when a new notification arrives - should be solved on February 17
iOS - UTC times of the Uexp's maybe wrong - should be solved on February 14 - SOLVED (Febr. 14)

Coming new features
ANDROID - Alert/Pre-alert system where countries will be listed which we detect to have substantial and exceptional user activity. This indicates mostly that an earthquake was felt (already active in iOS)
iOS and ANDROID - A notification/Sound system to notify users (only if they decide to receive the notifications) when our system sees incremental traffic from one or more countries.
