The coworking space nurturing the next generation of creative entrepreneurs

East London is an exciting place to be right now, especially if you’re a young entrepreneur looking to cowork. We place our clients in so many amazing spaces across the city’s trendiest district, from Shoreditch to the Docklands and everywhere in-between.

But it’s one of our newest workspaces in Walthamstow, E17 that’s really got us buzzing.

Situated in the heart of Blackhorse Lane’s regeneration zone, this Creative coworking space is one of the first to integrate coworking with education, with the aim of helping young people from the local area to carve out careers in the creative industries.

Members who rent a desk or a private Office here have the opportunity to hire an apprentice from the nearby college, Big Creative Education. This makes it a fantastic option for growing businesses who are interested in utilising the creative talents of Gen Z.

The property itself has a pretty fascinating history too. The 100-year old building was originally home to a factory that built the Gnome Engine during WW1 — a pioneering feat of aerospace engineering.

Many of its original features, including the steel frame and large windows, have been expertly maintained.

Nowadays, the space is home to a diverse mix of entrepreneurs working across the creative industries, from graphic designers and film producers to branding specialists and music promoters.

Check it out for yourself:

A large hybrid coworking area on the first floor enables collaboration and private work.

The second floor boasts offices to accommodate 2-10 people and stylish meeting rooms.

There’s also a big focus on sustainability: 50% of the furniture is made from reclaimed wood.

Members enjoy a FREE locally-sourced breakfast and coffee every day.

Can you see yourself working here?

Choose from a variety of coworking memberships, bay desks and private offices. The space is also running a FREE DESK TRIAL for anyone who is interested in making it their home.
