This unforeseen health crisis compelled his immediate admission to the renowned Lilavati Hospital in the bustling city of Mumbai, which unfolded during the early hours of the present evening.

Prominent BJP Leader Shahnawaz Hussain had a sudden heart problem and was rushed to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital in the evening. Doctors quickly performed a procedure called angioplasty to open up his blocked heart arteries.

Dr. Jalil Parkar, a senior consultant at Lilavati Hospital, said, “Shahnawaz Hussain came to the hospital with a heart attack. We acted fast and carried out an angioplasty to help him.”

At the age of 54, Shahnawaz Hussain faced a serious heart issue that needed immediate attention. Angioplasty, a medical procedure to unblock blood vessels supplying the heart, was the solution to his condition.

At around 4.30 pm, Hussain felt unwell due to high blood pressure. Ashish Shelar, the leader of Mumbai’s BJP, called me urgently to arrange for Hussain’s admission to Lilavati Hospital. When he got there, the doctors found signs of a heart problem, so Cardiologist Suresh Vijan performed an angioplasty,” explained Dr. Parkar. The good news is that Hussain’s heart didn’t suffer any damage, as Dr. Parkar confirmed.

Shahnawaz is an important member of the BJP and has held roles such as the Minister of Textiles and the Minister of Civil Aviation during Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s time as Prime Minister.
