Due to its outrageous price, this "rolling yacht" was only manufactured three times and was only available to billionaires.



2. Bugatti LA VOITURE NOIRE: $18.1 MILLION

The French company tops the podium with this street-legal one-off. This hypercar, which was inspired by the Bugatti 57 SC Atlantic, is exceptional in every way: a manually built, 8 liter, 16 cylinder engine with 1,500 horsepower.
