As the official November 2023 launch date approaches, specifications for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra have surfaced online. This smartphone is part of the Xiaomi 14 series, which reportedly includes two other models: the Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro. All these variants are expected to feature 12GB of RAM and be powered by the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The Xiaomi 14 series is slated for release in late October or early November.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra Leaked Specifications

According to the Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, the flagship Xiaomi 14 Ultra will boast a quad-curved LTPO AMOLED panel with a 2K resolution and a potential refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The display will incorporate a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and sport slim bezels. Under the hood, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be driven by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which could feature eight cores, with the fastest core clocked at 3.2GHz, five cores at 3.0GHz, and two efficiency cores at 2.0GHz.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will adopt a large circular camera module similar to that of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Within this module, users can expect to find a 50MP Sony LYT900 primary sensor (1-inch) alongside three other sensors, including two 50MP zoom sensors and a 50MP ultrawide sensor.
