Pokemon Go is organizing a special Raid day event: Due to ongoing problems with Remote Raid Passes

In response to ongoing issues experienced by trainers with Remote Raid Passes, Pokemon Go has exciting news to share. The current Water Festival: Beach Week, which introduced new Pokemon such as Sandygast and Palossand, has been an enjoyable event for trainers. However, it hasn't been without its challenges. Participants using Remote Raid Passes encountered several problems during 5-star raid battles, leading to frustrations among the player community.

Recognizing the impact this has had on trainers, Niantic has taken proactive measures to address the situation. As part of their efforts to make amends, a special raid event has been scheduled for everyone to enjoy. The event aims to compensate for the missed opportunities and provide a chance for trainers to engage in exciting raid battles.

According to the recently released June schedule for Season 11: Hidden Gems, Uxie was set to appear in the Asia-Pacific region, Mesprit in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India, and Azelf in the Americas and Greenland until June 15th. However, due to the aforementioned issues, players using Remote Raid Passes were unable to successfully complete these battles, resulting in the unfortunate loss of their passes.

In light of this, Niantic has taken decisive action to rectify the situation. They have promptly refunded all Remote Raid Passes used by trainers during Uxie, Mesprit, or Azelf raids that took place between June 1st and 5th. Moreover, to demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction, Niantic will be providing additional passes as compensation to those who were affected. This gesture is a testament to their dedication to ensuring a positive experience for trainers.

But fear not, aspiring trainers! The return of the Legendary Pokemon is on the horizon. To give everyone a fair chance at catching these sought-after creatures, Niantic has organized a special raid day event scheduled for June 11th. Between the hours of 11:00 am and 5:00 pm local time, trainers will once again have the opportunity to encounter Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf in their respective regions. Excitingly, there will even be Shiny variants available for the fortunate few.

To further enhance the experience for all trainers, Niantic has made an additional adjustment. The Remote Raid limit, typically set at 10, will be temporarily raised to 15. This means that starting from June 10th at 12:00 am, trainers will have an expanded capacity to participate in raid battles remotely. The increased limit will remain in effect for 24 hours, providing ample time for trainers worldwide to seize the opportunity and capture these Legendary Pokemon, regardless of their geographic location.

In conclusion, Pokemon Go recognizes the importance of addressing the issues faced by trainers and has taken swift action to rectify the situation. Through the special raid day event, trainers can look forward to reclaiming their chance to catch Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf, accompanied by the excitement of encountering Shiny variants. With the increased Remote Raid limit, trainers can participate in more raid battles, regardless of their physical location. The commitment of Niantic to the well-being and satisfaction of trainers is evident, and they continue to deliver engaging experiences within the Pokemon Go world.
