Easy to use – The eye pillow can be used for both warm and cold. For cold use: Wrap heat and cold pack in plastic and keep it in freezer for about an hour before use. For warm use: Heat pillow in microwave for an initial 30 seconds and check the temperature. If not hot enough, heat an additional 15 seconds and check again. Add 15 seconds at a time to get the pillow to the heat level desired. CAUTION: Pillow can get extremely hot in high heat and can burn the skin and eyes. Be sure not to over-heat it before use.
