The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) will start a Upi Payment service for passengers from next week. This will allow passengers to pay their bus fares using their UPI-enabled apps, such as Google Pay, Paytm, and PhonePe.
The UPI Payment service will be available on all PMPML buses. Passengers will need to scan the QR code displayed on the bus to initiate the payment. The payment will be processed instantly and the passenger will receive a receipt on their UPI app.
