On October 14, BCCI has planned India-Pak will play in Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium. 1.32 lakh people are expected to attend the game in the world’s largest stadium, making it a grand spectacle.
As a number of celebrities would be entertaining the fans, the BCCI has planned a unique ceremony prior to the game.
A “Boycott India-Pak” movement is currently popular on social media due to the tensions along the two nations’ borders.
Notwithstanding the trend, BCCI did not back down from the scheduled festivities; Pakistan was greeted warmly in Ahmedabad, and the Indian top board will now entertain PCB Chairman Zaka Ashraf, who is in the country for the mega-clash, with a supper.
A video of Ashraf interacting with the Pakistani players earlier in the day went viral. The PCB has now verified the most recent meal development via their Twitter account.

Senior government officials and all BCCI officials will be present at a dinner held in honor of Mr. Zaka Ashraf. PCB will make available images and videos from the occasion.
