According to sources, oil marketing companies on Tuesday cut the cost of commercial LPG cylinders by Rs 99.75 while leaving the cost of home cooking gas cylinders intact. The updated costs are in place as of Tuesday.
A commercial LPG cylinder will now cost Rs 1,680 in Delhi due to the price drop.
A 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder’s previous price adjustment was made last month. However, because there are various tax slabs, prices vary from state to state.
The cost of LPG cylinders on the domestic market is influenced by the price of crude oil on foreign markets.
Since March 1, there has not been a change to the 14.2 kilogramme LPG residential cooking gas cylinder price.
