Satyaprem Ki Katha, with Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, has maintained its box office success because to positive word-of-mouth. The film generated Rs 3.85 crore on Wednesday, bringing its domestic gross to Rs 50.61 crores in a week, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. The revenue was still a little lower than Tuesday’s total of Rs 4.05 crore. On July 5, 11.87 percent of the Hindi-language theatres were occupied. 

The movie got off to a respectable start at the box office, taking in Rs 9.5 crore on the first day. Satyaprem Ki Katha took a little longer to reach the Rs 50 crore club than Kartik-Kiara’s prior movie, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. In 2022, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was a smash that brought moviegoers back to the theatre and made Rs 50 crore in its first weekend. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 brought in a total of Rs 185 crore at the box office.

The film is directed by Sameer Vidhwans and stars Supriya Pathak Kapur, Gajraj Rao, Siddharth Randheria, Anooradha Patel, Rajpal Yadav, Nirrmite Saawaant, and Shikha Talsania.

Recently, as a surprise for their fans, Kartik and Kiara visited a theatre. There, they received a standing ovation for their part in the film.
