Everything You Need to Know About Ashraf Hakimi and Wife’s Divorce Details

It would be recalled that a few weeks ago, Ashraf Hakimi’s ex-wife, Hiba Abouk, confirmed her divorce from the football star. The Spanish actress filed for a divorce after French Prosecutor accused the PSG full-back of rape.

Multiple sources revealed that the Morocco international’s ex-wife, in the process of divorce, wanted more than half of Hakimi’s fortune but was informed by her lawyer that Hakimi had no assets as he had put his entire fortune under his mother’s name a long time ago.

The drama started when Morocco and Paris Saint-Germain defender Achraf Hakimi was earlier this year formally investigated after an allegation of rape was made against him.

Hakimi allegedly paid a woman to travel to his home in Paris while his Wife and children were away on holiday in February. That woman later accused him of R@pe.

As reported by Le Parisien, Investigators who were looking into the matter questioned Hakimi on Thursday, 2nd of March, 2023, according to the prosecutor’s office in Nanterre, a suburb of Paris. After that, Hakimi was indicted by an investigating judge and placed under judicial supervision.

Hakimi, 24, was also prohibited from speaking to the 24-year-old woman who accused him of raping her on Saturday the 25th of February, 2023, at his suburban Paris residence.

However, Hakimi “firmly denied all the accusations against him,” and according to his attorney, Fanny Colin, the player was the victim of “an attempted racket.”

In reaction to the rape allegation against the player, a PSG spokesman said the club “gives its support” to Hakimi and “places its trust in the justice system”.

However, Rachel Flore Pardo, the lawyer for the alleged victim, told the AFP news agency, “My client maintains everything that she said. She made the choice to speak exclusively to prosecutors and does not want the affair to become a media issue, mainly to protect her safety.”

Achraf Hakimi’s wife reaction to the rape allegation

On Monday, March 27, Achraf Hakimi’s wife, Hiba Abouk, spoke out for the first time since her husband was officially charged with rape.

Abouk released a statement via her official Instagram account and began by defending her silence on the matter, before going ahead to open up on her divorce plans.

“After having taken the decision to legally separate and to stop living together whilst awaiting the divorce procedure, which you can imagine, on top of the pain brought about by the separation, as well as having to accept the sadness that a failed project, which I gave my body and soul, brings, I was supposed to face up to this disgraceful act? I needed time to come to terms with this shock,” she said in the statement as first reported by the Spanish newspaper El Pais.

“One must trust the legal process, especially considering the gravity of the accusation. Nonetheless, in my life, I always have been, and always will be, on the side of victims,” she added.

According to reports Hakimi (24) and his Tunisian wife have reportedly been estranged for some time, and were on the verge of separation.

Hakim’s ex- wife was spotted enjoying herself with another man while still seeking for 50% of his wealth.

Hiba Abouk, in her recent interview confirmed that the couple had been processing their separation for weeks, way before the latest allegations levelled against the Morocco star.

When Abouk, 36, took her 24-year-old husband to court, she expected to get an equal share of his €70 million upon separation, but she was informed that documents showed his assets all belong to his mum.

According to Stades Football Club; “Ashraf Hakimi’s wife had taken the court for a divorce case and wanted them to separate the assets and divide them in court.

When the divorce took place and they agreed to share the assets, they realized Ashraf Hakimi had no assets and neither did the bank. Ashraf Hakimi had put all his fortune in his mother’s name a long time ago.”

Hakimi who receives €1 million monthly, started dating his wife in 2018 when he was 19 years and she was 31.

Ashraf Hakimi’s Mother

With Paris Saint-Germain star, Achraf Hakimi still under investigation over assault claims, The Relationship Chief turns its attention to the Moroccan’s mother, Saida Mou.

The Atlas Lions player is said to be one of the highest-paid footballers in the French Ligue 1, earning over €1 million per month.

The Madrid-based mother became famous during the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, with her footballer son spotted kissing her passionately after Morocco’s win over Spain in the Round of 16, according to FIFA.

She was born in Morocco, a country in North Africa, as was her husband before they made a big move to Spain.

There is a touching story behind Saida Mou, Moroccan International soccer player Ashraf’s mother.

Hakimi’s mother used to clean houses to support his passion. Hakimi is said to have come from a modest family that struggled to earn a living.

Achraf Hakimi once told Bundesliga.com. Before and after every game he either calls or meets his mother.

Saida Mou has two grandchildren; both are the children of Hakimi and his long-time girlfriend, Hiba Abouk, an actress from Spain.

Hakimi had this to say about his mum;

“Everything I have belongs to her. She sacrificed a lot to get me to where I am now. I can’t afford to lose everything I have to divorce and make my mother suffer Heartbreak. The one who loves me truly and unconditionally is my mother. I love her so much. I took her out of poverty and I won’t send her back to poverty”

“My mother cleaned the houses and my father was a street vendor. We come from a modest family that has always struggled to earn a living. Today, I fight every day for them. They sacrificed. themselves for me. They deprived my brothers of many things for me to succeed.”

Meanwhile, historical sports followers are saying Achraf Hakimi learned from Djibril Cisse .

According to reports, ex-wife of Djibril Cissé asked for a divorce from the player, exactly one year before the end of his career in 2014.

Djibril Cissé and his ex-wife Marie-Blanche-Neige.

Marie-Blanche-Neige expected a juicy and golden compensation of more than half of all the fortune Djibril had, since they had 3 children together.

The court discovered that the famous player had no fortune! All his bank accounts, his multiple luxurious houses, his cars, and his investments were registered in the names of his parents and his blood brothers and therefore did not belong to him, legally speaking.

Marie-Blanche-Neige obtained practically nothing from the divorce she initiated.

Asamoah Gyan made similar smart moves that saved his fortune when faced with a divorce in 2017.

Asamoah Gyan

Asamoah Gyan declared he had only £600 in his bank account when his wife filed for divorce. He had kept his properties in his brother’s name so she couldn’t get any.

According to reports at the time, Gyan was earning a believed £227,000-a-week at Shanghai SIPG between 2015-2017 but only had £600 to his name, and unfortunately can’t provide for his family.

The report continues by stating that he did not speak to his family for a long time which included three children and a wife, not to mention failing to return their phone calls.

It was later reported that Gyang requested an annulment of his marriage in order to marry his black girlfriend.

Gyang did all this obviously in a bid to avoid paying a dime to his ex wife.

However, same cannot be said for former Arsenal star and Ivorian ex-Footballer, Emmanuel Eboue who lost all he worked for to his ex wife Aurelie after a legal divorce battle in 2017 which almost led him to commit suicide.

Emmanuel Eboue and his ex wife Aurelie.

According to a report by The Mirror, a British tabloid, Eboue revealed how he lost millions of pounds of his earnings to his ex-wife who he claimed also handled his finances, in their divorce settlement and how he was made to also give up his house in London to the ex-wife and gone from a rich football star to a poor man that resorted to seeking divine intervention to prevent him from taking his own life.

“I want God to help me. Only he can help take these thoughts from my mind.” Eboue told The Mirror.

Eboue was ordered by the Court to surrender ownership of the North London home he used to share with Aurelie which she put up for sale immediately.

“I can’t afford the money to continue to have any lawyer or barrister,” I am in the house but I am scared. Because I don’t know what time the police will come.

“Sometimes I shut off the lights because I don’t want people to know that I am inside. I put everything behind the door.

“My own house. I suffered to buy my house but I am now scared.

“I am not going to sell my clothes or sell what I have. I will fight until the end because it is not fair.” Eboue told The Mirror shortly before he was evicted.

Eboue made millions of pounds at Arsenal and then more than £1.5million a year at Turkish side Galatasaray but admits he was never given guidance to manage his finances.

“I look back and say ‘Emmanuel, you have been naive… why didn’t you think about that before?’ It is hard,” he added.

“Very, very hard. The money I earned, I sent it to my wife for our children.

“In Turkey I earned eight million euros. I sent seven million back home. Whatever she tells me to sign, I sign.

Eboue eventually remarried to his Ivorian ex in 2019.
