The bond between Sophia Momodu and her baby's father, Davido, seems to have deteriorated.
In a recent Snapchat post, Davido's baby mother Sophia Momodu made some subtle jabs at him.
Sophia asserted that the plan to abuse her daughter was deliberate and intended to teach the girl a lesson.
Sapphire, one of Sophia's Snapchat followers, gushed about how much she loves spoiling her daughter Imade and praised Sophia for having high expectations for her.
Sophia in response said:
“THEY WANTED TO MALTREAT HER TO TEACH HER MOTHER A LESSON. SO HER MOTHER SAID WATCH THIS.
It was evident from her response that her and Davido's relationship was still having problems.
Sophia additionally shared a photo of Imade and her in front of a red car with the caption:
Giving my daughter everything, they said she wouldn’t have & then some.”
Many people have questions regarding the nature of their relationship and what caused such vengeful behaviors in the wake of the discoveries.
Sophia severely urged her followers not to inquire about Davido, the father of her child, in a recent Instagram live video.
Momodu's hinting at changing their daughter's last name has further added to mounting concerns that she is severing ties with Davido and his family.
Sophia Momodu clarified her position and pleaded with her followers to preserve her privacy over her previous relationship with the well-known artist during a recent Instagram Live session.
As she put it;
"None of you are going to force me to talk about somebody I don't want to talk about. Allow it, I've told you people. Never bring up my ex or anything else; I don't want to talk about it.
"That issue is no longer an issue. There are other things in which I am more interested, such as Imade and I, independent of anyone with whom we are associated. Sincerely, you ought to behave with some respect.
