Recall that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) the winner of the elections held on February 25.
Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar, who ran for president of the Labour Party (LP) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), respectively, in the election, both contested the outcome in court.
