Requirements for immigration passport renewal & documents verification exercise
Once you have applied for passport renewal either online or in the office, you will be required of the following for the document verification exercise.
- An invitation letter sent to you via text message or email
- Application confirmation slip with the ID number (it must be a hardcopy)
- Completed Referee/Guarantor’s form

- Navigate to the e-passport tab in the appropriate application form to start the process
- Select your preferred passport type (32 or 64 pages passport).
- Select your Processing Country.
- Fill in the form with your current and correct details.
- Insert the scanned copies of your required documents
- Select your payment method and proceed to online payment.
- An online payment gateway will be popped out.
- Enter your credit card information or use other means that may be provided at the time of your application.
Note: There are 32 pages of the International Passport, and there are 64 pages; although you almost can’t lay hands on the 64 pages passport without first presenting your filled-up or expired 32 pages passport.
This is in a bid to make sure that they (immigration officers) remain in business, as the official cost for making a 64 pages international passport is what is collected for the 32 pages when you visit the immigration office.
