Russian air strikes target Kyiv, other Ukrainian cities, killing at least three

Russia launched missile strikes on Kyiv and other Ukrainian Cities, killing three people and injuring at least a dozen more. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the casualties and condemned the attack, calling it a "massive attack against our state." Ukrainian air defense successfully shot down 44 missiles and drones out of 64 launched by Russia. European Foreign policy chief Josep Borrell, who was in Kyiv at the time, posted on social media from a shelter, highlighting the daily reality for the Ukrainian people. The attack also caused fires, power outages, and damage to infrastructure in different parts of the capital.
