Two Toddlers were found dead in a car on a private property in Woorabinda, Central Queensland. Emergency services were called to the scene where they discovered an unresponsive two-year-old child, who was later pronounced dead at the hospital. They then found a three-year-old child in the same car, who also died at the hospital. Police have set up a crime scene and investigations are underway.
