Primary schools in Gurugram and Faridabad have been ordered to close due to Rising Pollution in the National Capital Region (NCR). The Air Quality Index (AQI) in the districts has been "extremely dangerous" for the past week, reaching 412 on Monday. The closure order applies to all private and government educational institutions and will remain in effect until further notice.
