Philippines summons Chinese Ambassador over S China Sea collisions

The Philippines summoned the Chinese Ambassador over two incidents in the South China Sea, filing a fresh diplomatic protest against China. One incident involved a collision between a Philippine contracted boat and a Chinese Coast Guard Vessel near the Second Thomas Shoal. The other incident involved a collision between a Philippine Coast Guard vessel and a Chinese Maritime Militia vessel near Ayungin Shoal. Both sides have released video clips to support their claims.
