Elon Musk’s X gets rid of story headlines and links in some users’ feeds

Some users on Elon Musk's social media platform, X (formerly known as Twitter), reported that they were unable to see news links and headlines on certain posts. Posts now only display graphics of individual news articles, making it confusing to understand the content. Musk confirmed earlier this month that the company was considering this change to "greatly improve the aesthetics." X CEO Linda Yaccarino is focused on winning back advertisers, while Musk plans to turn the platform into an app that offers more features, including payments. The Anti-Defamation League announced it would resume advertising on X after a pause due to hateful posts.
