India’s top 20 start-ups to work for, according to LinkedIn — most are new on the list

Start-ups in India are facing a funding winter due to a slowing global economy, with venture funding dropping significantly from last year. However, sectors such as fintech and edtech have shown resilience. Linkedin has released its "LinkedIn Top Start-ups 2023" list for India, which is dominated by fintech-related firms and includes two new edtech entrants. The list was compiled based on employment growth, jobseeker interest, engagement, and talent attraction. The top start-ups for 2022 include Fasal, DotPe, TravClan, AccioJob, Housr, Exponent Energy, StockGro, Teachnook, Shyft, Jar, GrowthSchool, Supersourcing, Sprinto, Fi, GoKwik, Skyroot Aerospace, Pocket FM, Ditto Insurance, and BluSmart.
