With 9 More Vande Bharats to be Flagged, Railways to Now Train Staff for Better Maintenance & Inspection

The Indian Railways plans to introduce nine more Vande Bharat Trains and is organizing training sessions to ensure proper maintenance and inspection of the indigenous trains. Currently, there are 25 Vande Bharat trains running across India. The training sessions will be conducted by the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai, in consultation with original equipment manufacturers and incorporating feedback from railway zones where the trains are already operational. The training module will cover theoretical and practical sessions on train maintenance, operation, and safety protocols. The new trains are expected to be inaugurated soon, including in poll-bound Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
