The caves in Meghalaya are among the longest and deepest in India. Kharpran, along with his team, has mapped 537.6 km of caves in the state. Modi encouraged people to visit Meghalaya and explore the beautiful caves themselves. Kharpran is the founder secretary of the Meghalaya Adventurers’ Association.
