Former President Donald Trump and 18 others indicted in Georgia on charges of participating in an illegal scheme to overturn the 2020 election have turned themselves in to a Jail in Atlanta before the deadline. Most of the defendants have negotiated bond amounts and conditions, allowing them to be released after booking. One defendant, Harrison William Prescott Floyd, remains in jail after not negotiating a bond ahead of time. Arraignments for the defendants are expected to be set in the coming weeks, and some defendants are attempting to move their cases to federal court.
