The program awards helpful moderators with trophies and flairs based on upvotes received in r/ModSupport. Reddit has also introduced the Modmail Answer Bot to streamline moderator requests and merged the moderator-specific Help Center with the sitewide one. However, some moderators have expressed frustration at the lack of useful moderation features on Reddit's official app.
