Mumbai-Jaipur Train Firing: RPF Constable Who Killed 4 On Moving Train Dismissed From Service

RPF constable Chetan Singh has been dismissed from service after allegedly killing his supervisor and three passengers on a moving train in Maharashtra. He was remanded in 14-day judicial custody and denied permission for brain mapping, polygraph, and narco-analysis tests. Singh had reportedly planned to kill more people on the train but was interrupted when passengers in coach S5 shouted at him. He eventually left the woman he had threatened and was apprehended while trying to flee. The incident occurred on July 31 on the Jaipur-Mumbai Central Express near Palghar railway station.
